Are you written in the register of heaven?
Being written in the register of heaven is the greatest attainment in salvation. Jesus cautioned us that above all ministry to him, let our rejoicing come from the fact that we are written in Heaven.
Our Lord warned;
Luke 10:19-20
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
Saints, if there’s any rejoicing, it should come from the assurance that we have a stand worthy to be written in heaven. Our Lord was warning the disciples about vain ministry. Vain ministry could have records of men giving prophecies, witnessing healings and great crowds , charitable works given to the poor but all in vain for they were not written in heaven. They will end in heaven for they weren’t written in the register of God’s people.
Jesus was showing his disciples that true power doesn’t come from chasing demons and doing great signs rather true power with God is when a man is transformed into the likeness of Christ to sin no more.
Jesus was the church clear focus of assignment therefore that even though we could see the excitement of great wonders and miracles, our emphasis should be on repentance and bringing souls to enter through the strait narrow gate of the kingdom of heaven.
For the scripture says
Matthew 7:13-15 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Enter therefore beloved brethren into the strait gate. As he spoke these words, our Lord emphasised that the way gets narrower especially amongst the ministers in the church. He warned of false prophets in the church and because of these men and their teachings, many will be ashamed in the last day.
The scripture prophesied of many ministers in that day, many Christians in that day who will be shocked only to be cast in the Lake of fire.
The scripture says
Matthew 7:21-23
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Ohh beloved, many pastors will be cast out after great works, many Apostles will be rejected by the Lord for they weren’t written in heaven.
The Bible says that few will make heaven. Very few in the church will be written in register of God in heaven for none strives with the flesh even in tears.
As it written
Luke 13:24-26
Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
Many on that day will seek to enter in but shall not be able. There sin will be written on them and guilty they shall be before the presence of the Lord.
I can’t imagine myself after all that I have been through for the Lord to miss heaven because of one besetting sin, striving at his gates, saying, I wish I obeyed the Lord but all will be in vain.
When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
This scripture is not speaking about ethiests, or any out of the sheepfold, the scripture is warning about them in the sheepfold.
They had Jesus teach amongst them. They had God’s counsel about sin. These ladies were loving warned of makeup, wigs, Jewelry, trousers but some how they despised.
The terrible tragedy beloved will be beloved, that they will be cast out in hell.
Luke 13:27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
God is not known to a person in sin. It doesn’t matter how much you have preached the word, as long as you are walking in sin, you are not known in the register of heaven
The scripture says all who will be not be found in the lamb’s books of life, will be cast in a lake of Fire.
Revelation 20:14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Revelation 20:15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
The punishment of those whose names were are not written in the register of heaven is in the lake of fire. They will be separated from God eternally.
The scripture says that
Luke 13:28
There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
Some how, you will see the righteous in heaven as you are thrust into the lake of fire eternally for your name was not in heaven.
Jesus warned us who of the sheepfold to be take heed lest we are ashamed for many unbelievers come from the east, from the west and they will accept the Lord whole heartedly and be written in heaven.
Luke 13:29
And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
Luke 13:30
And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
This lady made me merry this morning for I preached to her to her the message of separation from trousers, wigs, lipstick and she was glad that she heard the truth. She said, Pastor, I will repent. All along I lived a lie but I know the truth. Such a kind will be written in heaven as compared to ministers who claim to be in the church with idols of wigs, adornment and all false beauty.
Beloved, the Lord has a register in heaven and so many in the church know not that there names aren’t written in heaven. They are blind to the deception within their hearts.
The Bible says that there are a kind that God blots out of the book of life. These are the kind who bring reproach to their maker. These men are living dead. They have great ministries, great works , great teachings but sadly because they turn their back on God, he blots out their name from book of life.
Brethren, during one afternoon this week as I lay down during my break time, the spirit of God showed me the register of a minister in Uganda. This Apostle leads an intercessory ministry with a mountain of prayer where thousands come daily to seek the Face of God. I saw all his works on a white paper, so many good works and exploits for the Kingdom but the voice of the Lord said, Despite his works, this man’s name is not written in heaven. Amongst the churches, every one sees him as a great man of God but sadly his name is not known in Heaven.
When I saw that, I awoke with the warning within me that so many ministers are living but they have been rejected by the Lord. They aren’t right with God.
Well the scripture says
Psalms 69:27 Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.
Psalms 69:28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
The scripture in Psalm 69 is speaking the judgment of God upon them who reproach their maker. Christians who after knowing so much truth, turn aside and keep on sinning.
The Bible says that if we keep on sinning, there remains no sacrifice for sin. We have no other option but to fall in hands of God.
Christian do you hear the Lord? Having to know alot means you will be accountable to much. Don’t provoke the Lord to Jealousy in Pride.
Repent your sins and be saved for many are living as rejected and accursed of God for they brought reproach to their maker.
Many like Billygraham, the late Bishop Ssenfuma died without having their names in the register of heaven. How they mourn in hell for they died in sin. I believe if you have a chance as alive, you can repent and decide to live a holy life.
The scripture says that God wants a few who will not give in to the compromise of this world.
As it is written
Revelation 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
Ohh God is looking for a few names who will not be defiled. They walk with God, in the light of his word, trembling even at the presence of God.
The scripture says, they will be written for they have lived worthy of the calling.
